The company was great easy to deal with, on time and he stayed till every stain was gone. Great price and great service!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE JOB and SCAMMERS!!! An hour late then the guy tries to scam more money out of me!
I paid $70 or $80 for carpet steam cleaning, waited months (that's fine), then hadn't heard from La Casa to confirm if they were still coming the next morning. Tried calling, emailing and texting them all day and evening. No response. I cross my fingers.
The this Brazillian guy turns up an HOUR late (at 8am so it's not like), no apologies. Then he proceeds to tell me that he has to charge me double for our TINY TV room, even though all the other rooms he had to do were TINY too.
Didn't vacuum first, did a terrible job at what he did do.
Will NEVER use this company again. EVER!!!

WARNING!!! DODGEY COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I am writing regarding a coupon we purchased recently for a carpet and oven clean with "Casa Cleaning".
I have email correspondence with their customer service department from 23rd May confirming they had booked us in yesterday on Wednesday 27th June at between 4 and 5 pm.
Nobody showed up. We waited until 5.15pm and then phoned them (Ph: 6460 8322). We got through to an answering service who said they would pass on our number to someone who would phone us back. This did not happen. We then proceeded to make 2 more phone calls to find out how long we were expected to wait and were told the same thing that they were just an answering service, they took our name and number and promised somebody would phone. Again we did not get any phone call or information from them.
Later that evening I sent a text to Sophie Anne in customer service (Mob: 0425 539 600) as her mobile numer was listed on the email correspondence to me. I texted her could she contact me urgently, as we are waiting outside in our garage, having cleared out our house for the carpets to be cleaned, but still no response. I texted her one more to confirm if somebody was actually going to show up at all. Still no response.
This morning I also rang Casa Cleaning on their main number. A very unethusiastic lady again took my name and number and promised me someone would be calling me back. No apology was given for the inconvenience of the "no show" and still, no help from them.
I am still waiting for a return phone call!
My husband and I are apalled at the lack of customer service and wanted to let everybody out there know of this company as a dodgy operator.
