Over cooked steak, too expensive. Staff not trained well. Slow service.

I wouldn't recommend this I had hair in my food the chefs don't wear gloves or wear hair nets I was disgusted with the service

The Lappo is a great local place to catch with mates to watch the footy and have a drink on the weekend. The food is great and the service is good too. Quite convenient when I don't want to go to the city.

The Lapstone Hotel is a pretty decent pub in the area. The Lapstone hotel makes pretty decent food too and is a nice place to meet friends for a drink.

The Lapstone hotel offers a great dinning experience in the lower mountains, and also has great bar facilities. The food is of a high quality considering they are "counter" meals. The most popular item on the menu is the range of gourmet pizza's which are some of the best I've eaten.

I eat here regularly as well as meet for drinks. The renovations look fantastic and the meals are sizeable. Great atmosphere and the bar staff are friendly.

The Lappo has undergone some major renovations to it's credit. However lately when I've been there for a meal the food has taken forever to come out and it was very disappointing.When we mentioned this to the staff they didn't seem like they really cared. It's hard to give this pub a bad rating because it is the best pub in the mountains and it serves Kilkenny on tap, but the restaurant lets it down.

I dropped into the Lappo as the locals call it for dinner with my partner. The place was packed, but it still didn't take long to order, be seated and get our meals. The service was quite fast and the food was great. The food was a little bit pricey, but considering the service and the overall quality, it was worth it. The bar staff were a bit on the slow side but overall a good experience.
