I gave him the model number of my laptop he then checked and then double checked that he was selling me the correct screen as my model has multiple variants. I contacted laptoppanel to confirm what compatible screen for my Dell Precision laptop. They verified the service tag and advised the correct model replacement lcd screen. Arrived next day and I was able to successfully swap the screen over and the new one works great. Highly recommend.

Searched eBay for a screen for customer's laptop and found many available, but even though the part number was the same, the LCD offered looked different to the one removed. Couldn't be sure that the cheaper Chinese generic LCD would do the job. Found LaptopPanel had the exact genuine part, so ordered from them.
