We built our house using L37 spending our life saving but end up got very poorly built house with balcony leaking into our living room. When contacted L37 regarding this issue, they espace by blaming it's a maintenance issue and failed to admit their waterproofing failure due to poor workmanship. There staff is very rude and called me a "goose" for contacting them to fix the leak.

BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER YOU WILL REGRET IT!!☹️☹️

Latitude 37 built our lovely new home. We were delighted with the process from start to finish! The team at Latitude 37 developed a great design to suit the requirements of our block and the northerly aspect. The build process itself went very well, and we appreciated the regular updates from our site manager in terms of progress. We did have a couple of small issues, but the team were great at quickly arriving at a solution. Our new home was delivered in line with our timings expectations, and we couldn't be happier. Pros: Latitude 37 demonstration of quality and attention to detail from the architect design through to end of the build was the main drivers for the successful build of our home supported by good supervision and selection of really top trade people resulting in good value for great quality.
Cons: None that reflect badly on Latitude 37 and even though there were several meetings to select the interior colours and fittings Lat/37 were very helpful and it was really part of the success of the build and certainly avoided conflict during construction.
Overall: This was the 5th house I have built over the past 40 years and although a large home at Mount Martha on a block with excess of 8 metres slope, it was virtually a hassle free project. My wife and I met, and were impressed with one of the principles of the company back in 2005 and felt of the he was a person of honour that we could trust to build our home and thus it has turned out to be the case.

Latitude 37's have been awarded industry awards that I believe are well deserved and say this as they have a dedicated team from their site Superintendent to the office staff that we interacted with during the build.

The whole build was managed within Lat. 37 and we did not really feel the need to engage a 3rd party for quality control or management of the project and in fact a number of times Lat. 37's Construction Manager or Site Supt. had work corrected that we thought was acceptable.
We contracted out Solar system separately and Lat. 37 were just great and helpful in accelerating the roof installation so we could have the system installed and operating before a cut off date for a higher rate for power generation from the system and due to their cooperation we were able to meet that date. The couple of times we had questions between the drawings and specification, Lat. 37 I believe we more than reasonable in the resolution and this was much appreciated.
Latitude 37 are very selective with the trade people they involved with the build that resulted a great finished product and in particular the fit out is of a very high quality including all joinery and internal finishes.

We are about to receive the keys for our home and could not be happier with the design, the project execution the attention to detail and it is very pleasing to deal with Lat. 37 and would not hesitate to undertake another project with them in the future.

In summary, both my Wife and I are very happy and would highly recommend Latitude 37 to others seeking a great design at a price that represents value for money.

We recently built our holiday home with Latitude 37 builders. We had an amazing experience. Honestly I can't say a bad word about them. From the first step of meeting with the designers to the reception staff and our really great project manager we could not have been looked after any better.
If there was a problem it was sorted out quickly and efficiently with no nonsense. We would definitely not hesitate to build with them again if we go down that path one day. Thanks Latitude.
