Lazaway Pools and Spas did extensive landscaping at our house in Templestowe and they were fantastic to deal with. The work performed and ideas they came up with was of the highest quality, they were prompt and on time which is unusual for tradesmen and the job was completed before the designated time frame! I would definitely recommend Lazaway to any person or business wanting to use their services.

We had a pool built by lazaway and from the sales staff to the pool builders to the supervisor we found them courteous and always willing to explain each step and all questions we asked. On completion of the pool any other queries we had were always answered. I would recommend lazaway to anyone interested in building a top quality pool and great service.

I purchased a house with very neglected pool, which required a complete refurbishment. The project manager ensured it was done in a very professional manner within budget and within time quoted. I would certainly recommend Lazaway to my friends.

From day one until completion of work, they did whatever they promised to do. The supervisor was helpful through every stage which is very hard to find these days. I had looked at other companies but found lazaway to be the best price off all quotes and designs. When I came across one maintance problem with the filter, they were there the next day to repair. All round great service.

Lazaway built our pool last year and other than digging through our sewage which gave us some inconvenience for a few days, we were very happy with the workmanship and service we received. I would recommend them to my friends.

Lazaway Pools constructed a 6.5m x 3.5m pool for me in late 2009. Excavation to completion took just 8 weeks and my wife and I are very, very happy with the finished product. The excavation was a shock...what a mess, but from there on in the process went very smoothly, the sub contractors worked well and the Lazaway supervisor was always on hand to answer my questions. The price was very competitive and we definatley got great value for money.

We had a pool built by Lazaway and did so after researching many pool companies. From the moment they started we were kept informed. When there were delays (which were minor) we were advised promptly. We took the time to meet with each trades person from Lazaway and discuss the process before each stage began. We asked plenty of questions and always received a response in a timely manner. My advice to any person building a pool is to be available on site - to ask lots of questions and have reasonable expectations.

I have just built with Lazaway and did so on the recommendation of my brother.
Lazaway is great to deal with, they care about what you are trying to achieve.
When there were delays due to my work commitments , they never complained.
They kept in contact with me until I was ready and had no problems to continue.
I must stress , the service , communication and quality was exceptional exactly
what my wife and I expected .

It's a shame that some of you has had a bad experience with this business. I am pleased to say that I had a great experience with them.Our dealings with the sales representative, staff and trade was very professional and understanding . During the process of our pool, we put lazaway on hold for proximately 6-8 months to continue other works around the house and they were very obliging with our request. We kept our payments up to date as required and we also kept our supervisor in the loop when we were ready to recommence construction. Upon resuming the works our pool was completed in a timely manner and we were extremely satisfied with the end result.
