While I was able to walk in and get served with in 10 mins, the service I received was horrible the placed paper on the bed which stuck to my legs because she didn't get all the wax off. She spent about 5 minutes on shaping my eyebrows and I wasn't shown what they looked like. The waxer was rude and the experience just wasn't enjoyable. That being said it was very cheap.

I have just returned from my second visit to Leah's. After a bad experience last time with a surly waxer (on which I was given a wonky landing strip), I was skeptical about giving this place my money again, however I'm so happy that I gave them a second chance! I was waxed today by a lovely lady called Fiona who put me at ease and did an amazing job.

I go only when I am in parramatta to have my eyebrow waxed and they are good. If you don't want to wait better to book ahead.Last time I had facial too and I am happy with that.

I have nothing bad to say about Leah's waxworks, but on that same note I have nothing amazingly good to say about them either. They are good at what they do, their prices are reasonable and I can always get an appointment for the time that i need. Personally, I have tried the Burwood and Hurstville stores as well but find that the results I get at Parramatta last longer so now I only use the Parramatta store,

I had to get pampered for a wedding last October, and I chanced upon Leah's waxworks at Parramatta Westfields Mall (they were the only ones available for my walk in session). I was looked after by a very knowledgeable beauty therapist - who did an express facial and also an eyebrow tidy. The length of the appointment was supposed to be 30 minutes, but with the steady stream of beauty advice and a few more minutes of facial "soaking" pushed it out to an hour - thoroughly enjoyable!

Approximate cost: $55

They are fast and average prices. The staff are friendly too. Really just an average waxing place to me.

They provide a quick service with no booking required and great value.
They also provide great deals for laser hair removal.
