I opened a Citibank Plus account because it has zero transaction fees for international transactions (ATM withdrawal etc).
The application process was incredibly difficult and my documents were lost. The card was supposed to be sent express post because by the time they process my application (4 weeks) I only had 2 weeks before I was going away on holiday. The card did not arrive at all and I had to spend another week chasing it. The call center staff are extremely unhelpful and do not have an escalation process. The complaints department is the same customer service section so nothing is ever escalated or resolved.
They promised to send out my card same day service so I would have it before I left overseas... That same day service actually took 2 full days after I requested it because they didn't put the request in until too late. The only reason I have my card is because of the helpful people at the courier service.

Once I received my card and I activated it they told me I couldn't use it because my paperwork wasn't done properly... They were the ones that had done it!! Extremely disappointing service from call center and branch staff. They also use outdated 'one time pin' authentication that they don't send through wifi which means you cannot log on to your online banking without having your mobile phone working (when overseas this means roaming) Will avoid in future for all services.

I bought the cudo voucher for Mythos Taverna in Leichardt for 4 people.

I called the restaurant and made a booking (for Saturday 6th August). I called them on Friday 29th July and left a message because there was no-one answering their phones because it was during business hours, I called again on Saturday 30th July and left another message advising I needed to change my reservation and asking someone to call me. No-one has returned my calls, I called on Monday 1st August and have been advised that they have already processed the vouchers and cannot change my reservation because they need 14days notice (on their website it says they need 7 days notice which is why I called on Friday 29th).
They advised the main reason they cannot change my booking is because they have already processed the vouchers and nothing can be done about it.
I am furious as I tried to do the right thing and they have made an error and with poor customer service are not willing to be flexible. We haven't dined their yet and they have already processed the vouchers. That isn't right.

This place is one of my favourite shops, they have paper, pens, quills and other great things!! Recently I bought a wax seal and wax from here -- it came to under $80 which is amazing as other places i've found have them for $150+.
The man is always helpful and will explain everything in the store and how to use it.

i love coming here and it is always satisfactory. The best thing about it is the atmosphere and decor. The service is better than most places with staff being attentive. Everything else is as expected with you paying for the location of being in the QVB and the experience. The food is good but not spectacular and the value is good but not spectacular. That said I will still be coming here once a month with the girls because we all love it!!

I was not expecting great things when I came here for a Sunday lunch with friends and it still managed to disappoint. The service was average, the waitress looked bored. The food was fine but wasn't great. The portions were quite large which for some might be a plus but for me seemed like a waste. The steak which I ordered medium came out well done to a crisp and tough.

Came here for my birthday. We had a large group (around 8 people) and the service was friendly and quick but not spectacular. The quality of the food was amazing!! Even though we were absolutely full by the end we still got dessert. There was not one dish that I thought was not fresh quality ingredients. Very satisfied and will definately be back.

Great atmosphere... especially when they have music going. Lovely place to go with friends for coffee and cake during the day or a casual dinner. Service is relatively quick and none of the food is disappointing.

the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour is the best in all of newtown. All the cocktails are quite yummy!! The Red Corvett is good if you like things very sweet

It is a great little outdoor bar/pub in melbourne's china town. It is outdoors but does have roofing and heaters for winter. In winter they serve great mulled wine, in summer to have a cool long neck while sitting in the shade is great. A unique little place to check out when in melbourne. drink prices are comparable to other bars/pubs. They are also right next door to an amazing and cheap dumpling place!!

I think these are some of the best dumplings I have had outside of China. They have great variety and it is good to go with a group of people so you can try more dishes. Be prepared to queue.
