What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

For eligible residential projects, Level A Builders offers a $1,000-per-week timeframe guarantee. If the project runs beyond the timeframe agreed in the signed contract for reasons within Level A Builders control, the client receives $1,000 back for every week the project is late. Delays caused by the client or circumstances outside Level A Builders control are excluded. Any statutory rights and protections that apply to the project remain unaffected.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

Level A Builders has more than 8 years of hands-on experience in the trade and is a qualified carpenter and waterproofer. His experience covers residential renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, extensions, decks, pergolas and general carpentry, with a strong focus on planning, workmanship and managing projects from the first site visit through to completion.

Level A Builders is led by Jake, a qualified carpenter and qualified waterproofer with more than 8 years of trade experience.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Level A Builders generally prices work on a project basis rather than an hourly rate. Once the scope is understood, a quote is provided for the agreed work. If something outside the original scope is required, any variation is explained and priced before additional work proceeds. Final pricing depends on the property, scope, materials, site conditions and work involved.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Level A Builders does not use a fixed public price list because every project is different. Pricing is quoted case by case based on the scope, property, materials, site conditions, access and work required. Once the scope is understood, Jake provides a project quote for the agreed work. Any additional work outside that scope is discussed and priced before proceeding.

What I enjoy most is taking a space that is not working for a homeowner and turning it into something that genuinely improves how they use their home. I also enjoy the problem-solving side of building, working through the details of a project and seeing everything come together properly at the end.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Turnaround times depend on the type and scope of the project, the property, materials, approvals and any site-specific conditions. Level A Builders does not generally offer same-day renovation or building work. Once Jake has inspected the property and the scope is understood, the expected timeframe is discussed and agreed before work begins. For eligible residential projects, the agreed timeframe is backed by Level A Builders $1,000-per-week guarantee where delays are within its control.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

Level A Builders does not generally offer standard bulk or volume discounts. Pricing is worked out project by project based on the scope, property, materials and work required. Where multiple areas are being renovated as part of one project, any efficiencies can be considered when the overall scope is quoted. The initial conversation and site visit are free, and eligible residential projects are backed by the $1,000-per-week timeframe guarantee.
