Life's Tiles

Very impressed with the staff and tile selection. We went in with a certain colour in mind for the area between the kitchen benches and cupboards above and they actually recommended something quite different. We ended up buying some lovely mocha tiles that contrast beautifully and look terrific.

Needing a large amount of floor tiles, we had a look in this store. Their salesman, Jack Wheatley was extremely helpful and we compared several tiles. We found some that were perfect - at only $19.95 per m2 - half price! Jack helped us choose grout etc and we arranged to pick them up. Excellent service every step of the way and we're impressed.

The staff at the Richmond store are superstars. Their knowledge, friendliness and efficiency was amazing. Prices and range were great, the set up of the displays was easy to walk around. I really hope that the owners of this business see my review. I was served by Tanya today and she bent over backwards to help me especially since I had done a complete 180 on my original choice of tile. She made me feel like my business was important and she wanted to ensure I walked out with the perfect tile choice for my house. She didn't try to sway me to one particular brand or style and she listened to what I was wanting. Thank you Tanya and also the other super friendly staff at Life's Tiles. I will be back for sure when I next need supplies and I will refer everyone I know to you.
