Hi I ordered 5 lights of this company pacific ones brand I will only use I told Olivia custermer service the sku code of wat they advertise on lights online I was told they had 27 in stock I gave here my credit card details and told I'd get sent a invoice straight away 3 hours later I call up no invoice still questioning where my invoice is for her to say I havnt processed payment yet on the phone she read my credit card numbers out to me I provided 3 hours earlyer its against the law in Australia to write other people's card details down and store them with out consent witch I didn't consent the parcell arrived I opened it up it wasn't the product I ordered I from GE lighting lucagrow I payed 150 each globe the big ones what I was sent was cheap tungsten DE branded china copy's when I called they were rude and refused to refund my order till they received what they sent returned causing my factory to not be able to work production 5 days I could purchase what I wanted locally and thought I'd try lights online services as a change when answered by Olivia staff member she was rude and arigant refused to be understanding and refund my money so I could purchase the brand I required locally It was a urgent purchase so my staff could work I had to pay of staff 5 days so far plus me and another manager from working our production floors due to no lighting for micro printing with the right spectrum lighting required to do the job so the ink will set I called bak today asked to speak to the manager who called me a c-nt swearing at me abusing me and got hung up on I have reported him to banking fraud squad for sending products not as described and are going to be seeking compensation for 9 employees losses due to there extortion tactics not refunding my money before items returned also I had to cancel my credit cards because they wrote and stored my credit card number details witch was a hassle because now all my direct debit payments won't be paid causing me to spend many many hours on the phone waiting on hold to talk to custermer service to tell them all my new details because of this untrustworthy company who wrote down my details and hav caused me loss of revenue in my factory with me and my staff I called bak 7 times no answer thats not how buissnesses do buissness n Australia they sound foreign can't talk great English there low in custermer service skills if they had done the right thing I'd probley buy of them again but after how I been treated I will never buy anything from lights online or recommend anyone to do buissness with them ever again I don't understand why they treat there custermers spending good hard earned money on there product I hope this buissness pays for this what they caused my buissness to not be able to operate plus I will be seeking compensation tgru the right channels for all myne and my staffs losses I hav lost addlest 20,000 dollars a day in manufacturing products since and are very angry with the custermer service I received and foul mouth abuse and names I was called because they ripped me of I find it unexseptable behaviour I recorded my phone calles and will be handing it to the banking investigators also so people please beware and careful dealing with this untrust worthy company they trade under a few diffrent names I have researched and don't have any regard for you when u explain how it's effected u and ur company .

Got some new replacement lights for my apartment, apparently they don't make this type anymore but was easy to find a new version to replace them. Fast shipping + new bulbs work great.

Lights never arrived. But great news - was told I could come in to the store and pick up some free replacements. Take the afternoon off work (since not open on weekends) but told out of stock. But great news - owner says they will order them in for me. But after that I hear nothing and owner won't return emails any more. Previous purchases went OK but that's the last sale they get from me.

That was a great and very quick service from them. I had to receive 60 coloured globes in a day's time to Sydney and they arranged it quickly for me with in 24 hours.
