I have been going to Lilydale Medical Clinic for at least 35 years my Doctor of choice Dr Anthony Templer I have had first class treatment from all Staff I have never had to wait all that long

I would not recommend this Medical Clinic. I have been coming to this clinic for 44 + years. For 33 of those years I have been seeing Dr Andrew McIntosh and when I cannot get an appointment with him I’ll see Dr Anthony Templer, which has been more often than not, lately. Appointments with Dr McIntosh are invariably running late, sometimes 2 or more hrs behind. I had an 11.45 appointment 2/11/2020 and rang 1/2 hour prior to see how far behind he was, no point waiting in a room full of illnesses. Was told by Elaine that I’d still have to come in and have my name marked off or I’d loose my appointment time. So I went in and was told to come back in an hour. Hour passed and told another 1/2 hour waited another hour before walking out in disgust. Never will I attend this uncaring group of medical practitioners with their rude reception staff. I’m through with this unprofessional outfit that is merely driven by the $ since it became the conglomerate it is today.

The doctors spend as much time as necessary with each patient. Good Follow up. Nearly all services covered including pathology, eye testing, chemist and a cafe. Very busy but staff are always helpful once you can access them, you sometimes have to wait particularly on the telephone

This clinic is quite new and is nice and clean. I usually have at least a 30 minute wait (maybe because I always go in the afternoon?).

It is a very busy clinic. Administration staff are ok, sometimes seem a little rude but I think that may be because they are so busy. I will definitely continue to go to this clinic.

very friendly staff on front desk and on the particular day i visited i didnt have to wait long till i was seen by a even friendlier doctor its a one stop shop if u would like a doctor a chemist and pathology all located in one building

We have always been treated with respect, courtesy and sympathy in this practice - often during very trying times and difficult diagnoses. The office staff are efficient. The center also provides a range of services - dental, physio, psychology, chemist , pathology and a cafe to enjoy while you wait.

Lilydale Medical Centre took fantastic care of my 16 month old daughter when she badly injured her knee. The Administration Staff were quick to act and made sure I was looked after too (I was a bit emotional!) The doctor we saw was extremely fastidious and we had several follow up visits. They are a fantastic centre that I would highly recommend.

There are a lot of doctors at this clinic, both male and female, so there is always someone there to see you. They have evening clinic and are open across the weekend. There is a pharmacy attached, so it is easy to get prescriptions filled out if needed. there are other allied health professions in this building as well. It is a new building, so it appears clean and well equipped.
