Really should be zero stars. Arranged a measure and quote 10 days ago for 2pm today. Got a phone call at 2:10pm from an employee who informed me he was obviously running late and for some reason he found this funny as he was chuckling. I asked why he hadn't rung half an hour ago and he said he didn't know half an hour ago (which isn't the case as he was at the showroom and I live half an hour away). Needless to say I declined waiting a further 30 minutes for him to (maybe?) show up for the measure and quote. Really? Such bad customer service and this was before I'd even given them any money. Can't imagine how bad the process must be once they've taken your order.

Staff here are terrible. When ordering pick up orders there is not enough waiting room and it gets very hot and crowded in the entrance.

Last time I was there I saw 3 staff members walk out the front door and have a smoke right next to the front door, I could even smell the smoke inside the shop. Then they butted out on the ground, left their butts next to the front door and went back inside. Very unprofessional.

Food is ok, standard La Porchetta quality.

Staff are friendly and I love being able to take my doggie into the store with me.

This clinic is quite new and is nice and clean. I usually have at least a 30 minute wait (maybe because I always go in the afternoon?).

It is a very busy clinic. Administration staff are ok, sometimes seem a little rude but I think that may be because they are so busy. I will definitely continue to go to this clinic.

Chemist Warehouse definitely does have the best prices. Staff are ok here, nothing exceptional.

Selection is not as extensive as other stores as it is quite small and I do prefer to go to Ringwood. Scripts can be a little slow and I have had long waits to be served at the front counter in the past.

The girls here are lovely and always running on time. Great personalised services, they always greet me by name.

Prices are average for most treatments. Lovely atmosphere, always smells so divine. Ample parking available. Can usually get in on short notice.

Great hairdressers. Very professional. They actually take the time to listen to what you want and will make changes if you are not happy with the end result.

Prices are fairly standard, I find it best to ask BEFORE the treatment so I don't get a shock later on.

I have only got take away from this restaurant and I found it to be extremely pricey. Was around $40 for 2 people. Service was good, food was ready when we arrived. Quality of food was great.

Great shop. They have everything you could want. They also have fresh meat and you can take your pets into the store with you. Staff are very friendly (although it can get very busy on weekends are car parking is limited). Prices are fairly standard and sometimes I find a bit expensive.

I've dined here quite a few times. Food is ordinary, nothing spectacular. Standard hotel meals - parmigiana, roast of the day, pasta, etc. The menu has only changed once in the past 3 years which is a little disappointing. Staff are ok but not overly friendly. They are very slow with clearing tables and on several occasions have forgotten to bring out our coffees after ordering and paying for them. They are generally pretty good with altering meals upon request. Meals are decently sized and tasty. In winter they have several gas log heaters, so if you can, try to get a table next to the heater, it is lovely.
