Good portions. Flavour is pretty good. Don't let the corn overpower the taste of the soul base. The seafood ramen seems more work in progress. Very nice cozy ambiance.

It is a small place so there's usually a tiny wait to be seated - it can get squishy inside as well! But the food is awesome and tastes authentic. You can tailor the food to your tolerance for spice. I had ramen and gyoza - the ramen was awesome and the gyoza was among the best I've ever had in the city. Staff are friendly and I believe can all speak Japanese - the menu encourages you to try ordering in Japanese with common phrases (no obligation to do so at all - just a bit of fun that I think can add to the experience for some).

Really nice and authentic Japanese restaurant. The prices for ramen range from around $10-15 which is quite affordable. The Charsu ramen was definitely a favourite of mine.

Cute little japanese restaurant. Everything was on point. Vegetarian gyoza dumplings, kimchi and of course ramen. Had tan tan men with spicy minced pork, flavorful soup and chilli. Delicious and generously served.

This is a small ramen place in the CBD and it is always full so you have to wait to be seated. Their noodles is really good and the broth of their Ramen is tasty. Their gyoza is also a must try. I suggest going early around 15 minutes before they open for lunch or dinner to avoid the queue.

This is a really good ramen bar. As the name would suggest it is a very small cosy little place. Perhaps a nod to its japanese roots.
I had the Chasu tamago ramen, essentially tonkotsu ramen with BBQ pork, soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, seaweed with a rich miso broth.
It was interesting how as the broth cooled down, it tasted even better. The other thing that surprised me was the serving size. I expected a medium dish, but instead the ramen were served in these large bowls.
A great value meal in pleasant surrounds without the commercial feel that you get from the larger ramen bars like Ramen Ya or Aijsen Ramen.

Approximate cost: $9.90
