Love shopping at Lombard's as their range is HUGE. I also believe they are great value for money. Staff weren't extremely helpful, however, I walked out of there with everything that i needed.

I will absolutely never EVER shop on the online store again!!!! I haven't been to one of their stores so I can't comment on that, but the online customer service is absolutely atrocious. I placed numerous orders & never received emails to say orders had been sent. I had to ring to find out tracking number information. Whenever I would ring I was always told, 'I'll ring you back!' Not once did I get a phone call back. Orders took a ridiculous amount of time to be sent. There was some items in my orders that did arrive broken, they were replaced but it took many emails & phone calls for this to happen. One thing I am absolutely disgusted about is being lied too. I cannot stand that, if you made a mistake own up to it!!! So one day I asked if replacement items had been sent, I was told they had been sent the week prior to this conversation. When I asked for the tracking number I was met with excuses and finally after 3 phone calls I was given a tracking number. I entered the number in the tracking system and it came up with an error. I rang back to confirm I had written down the tracking number correctly (which I had) I was told the tracking system might be down & to check later. A few hours later I checked again only to discover the items had been sent that day & NOT the week prior.

I am absolutely disgusted. I have never EVER been met with such POOR customer service! I wish I could give negative stars for service. Hopefully this can help other people so they dont have to go through months (5 months for me to be exact) of stress, phone calls and lies!!

Had what we, needed. Good service and a wide range of products that suited our needs. Can't wait To pick up our balloons.

Young staff messed p anniversary order of balloons that caused quite a problem. Lomards management however were extremely helpful after my complaint, took my comments on board, refunded my money and gave me a voucher.

They have everything you need in terms or party planning, no matter what the occasion! Especially good during the halloween season with tons of costumes to choose from!

The store is huge; costumes, dance gear, balloons and lots of party decoration and accessories. It's always fun going here and you can almost guarantee you will find what you need. The sales assistant was really friendly when I went there last

THese guys have pretty much everything you need for a party, though it can be a bit overpriced seeing as there's not much competition around.
You can't go wrong if you need an outfit, they've got almost everything!! THe people there are really nice.

We ordered balloons from Lombards for decorations at our wedding. Staff (Kate and Franca) were fantastic, offered great advice and were very patient and accommodating with our requests. Balloons were delivered in excellent condition and on time. Competitive prices and discount for RACV card.
