Nick from Lonely Pets club has now twice looked after our active (indoor) cat and aged, decrepit, totally deaf dog. Both the animals and we owners have been very, very happy with the service and attention Nick has given. We will definitely use this service again. Thanks!

With very short notice (less than 48 hours) we had a carer turn up on our door to look after our cat whilst we were away. Not only did she look after the cat, she collected our mail and put our bins out. Such a relief after being let down by others (family).
Enjoyed getting text messages about what the cat was doing as well. Much easier than taking the cat to the cattery. We will definitely use them again.

Val from Lonely Pets Club took care of my 2 pusses while I away & I was very happy with everything. My girls don't take to strangers well but she even managed to pat Mia my shy puss & I came back to calm, well-cared for cats. I will definitely consider them for my next time away from home. :-)

We have used Lonely Pets Club many times to look after our two cats, and the service has always been outstanding. During the last service, which was over an extended period, a problem occurred (my fault, not theirs!), and both our Carer Jan and Lonely Pets Club went out of their way to rectify the problem and ensure the cats were OK.

I can't speak highly enough of this service and the professionalism and caring nature of all concerned. Not only do they do a great job, but immediately go the extra mile if there is a problem. You can't ask for more. Well done Jodie and the team.

Was able to go away feeling confident that our 'boys' were safe and being well cared for. We were kept up to date with their progress and would highly recommend the Lonely Pets Club, cheaper and easier than a cattery and in their own environment. An added bonus was the mail collection, bins brought in and out and plants watered at no extra cost.

We were first time users of a dog-walking service so a little bit nervous about leaving our much loved dogs in the care of someone unfamiliar. We found the experience an extremely positive one. Our carer, Paul was terrific and kept us well informed about their well-being with text msgs and photos. We would not hesitate to recommend the Lonely Pets Club. Very professional.

Excellent, professional and met all my expectations! Lonely Pets Club, provided excellent documentation, the carer was punctual and genuinely cared for my pets in my absence, they also kept me informed of their status via sms which made me feel comfortable and appeased while away!

The lady who comes to look after our cats, Antoinette is so lovely, we leave the house now knowing our cats are well cared for and our house safe.
