Disappointing. Food is great but service has fallen down over the last year or so. I have been a regular customer for some years & noticed that it's just not up to the same standard anymore.
Recently I was there for breakfast alone on a weekend & although busy, the cafe was only approx half full. I was seated, not given a menu & left for 25mins. In the meantime other groups without a booking were seated, served & orders taken. I ended up just walking out, annoyed & disappointed that I was ignored/overlooked. This is not the 1st time this has happened.
Just a pity that some things are sliding.

Val from Lonely Pets Club took care of my 2 pusses while I away & I was very happy with everything. My girls don't take to strangers well but she even managed to pat Mia my shy puss & I came back to calm, well-cared for cats. I will definitely consider them for my next time away from home. :-)

Richard is just the best! I have 2 fur babies who have been stressed out at other vet practices but they are relaxed & fine with their vaccinations at the Cat Clinic. Richard is very thorough & is happy to answer every question I have. Lovely to find a vet who genuinely cares about cats.
