We moved into a new apartment and lost a set of window keys. I called Paragon Locksmiths, the call was answered promptly and professionally, and they had Dave over within the hour! He was able to quickly and neatly open the window lock and make new keys, we now have a window that we can open. Cost $121 which is reasonable. A very professional organisation with excellent staff, I would not hesitate in giving Paragon Locksmiths a strong recommendation.

We needed 40 year old tint removed from our apartment's west-facing windows and replaced with something modern. Ultratint's Brad was punctual and professional when he came to quote, and explained the different types of tint film available. We chose the 3M high performance film as it has the maximum heat reduction, and it's almost clear, so there was no problem with the body corporate. Brad also did the removal and installation, and once again he was very professional - removed the old film quicker then expected, and kept the rooms clean and tidy. He even vacuumed as a final clean up. We could not recommend Ultratint more highly, it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional organisation with great staff.

We have used Coastline Electrical for two small jobs in our Miami apartment (power points replaced, light fitting replaced). Both have been done promptly and professionally. The company is also the preferred electrical contractor to the Body Corporate. If you need a really good electrician who will turn up on time and do a good job, I strongly recommend Coastline Electrical.

This replaces the old Shintaro Restaurant, and it's a beauty. Not a cheap eats place like the old one, but the food and service are excellent. Style of food is more international, I had an excellent porterhouse steak, my wife had grilled salmon. Entrees were beautiful, I had the home made spring rolls which were excellent. Overall a good restaurant, much improved in food and decode from Shintaro.

This is a new restaurant, my wife and I tried it last week, it's fantastic and so cheap! A large plate of sushi and sashimi is $15, most mains are $9 to $10. And the food is good too. Saki is for sale as well as beers. Worth a try.

We were invited to Zagar's by our daughter & son-in-law, who have been a number of times and rave about the steaks and the service.

Well I must say they were not exaggerating! The restaurant is smallish, well appointed and decorated, and being upstairs gives it a quiet friendly atmosphere. The menu is simple, and the food is out of this world. For entree I shared the tasting plate: mini mignons, and the most beautiful sausages I have tasted. My wife had grilled prawns that were available as a special, and they were superb. Then I had the porterhouse, my wife the scotch fillet. Both were juicy and very tender, cooked to perfection (for me - medium). The steaks are cooked over mallee-root coals! The main courses come with an excellent home made potato salad and coleslaw. The desserts were excellent as well.

Service was efficient and attentive. There is a good wine list, but they also happy with BYO.

It's worth seeking this place out.

We had over 100m2 of old, weathered merbau decking restored by Tony and Graham from RevivaDeck, and what a great experience: the quotation was produced promptly and professionally; and the whole job was done in one day, with the use of heavy-duty high pressure water blasters and a whole lot of hard diligent work. After stripping and cleaning, they apply one thick coat onto the wet clean timber, then follow that with two more coats. The result is outstanding, I hope it will feature on their website! Couldn't be more happy with the job, and Tony & Graham are the most professional tradesmen I have dealt with.

A new restaurant, and what a find. The best yum cha we have had (and we've tried yum cha all over Melborune), and reasonably priced as well. Our Asian friends were very impressed. Great decor, great attentive staff. Our new favourite.

I have used Kevin Moody (Jaycon) previously for internal blinds (verticals and roller) as well as external canvas awnings, and have always found him to be competitive, high quality and a friendly honest person to deal with. We recently got two large external vertical roller shade blinds, and once again the service was fantastic. Strongly recommended.

A most beautiful B&B set in gracious gardens; big comfortable rooms, high quality linen; Peter & Jill are charming hosts; excellent hearty breakfast. An lovely destination for a quiet weekend away.
