Just used this service for the first time & was very impressed. Couldn't have faulted our carer, Kerrie, who was very friendly, easy to deal with and proved to be reliable. Loved the txt update after the visit and coming home to a very relaxed & happy Mittens. Will definately use this service again instead of leaving her at a cattery.

For times when you don't have any friends or family available to house or pet sit, this is a fantastic service. It's very reassuring knowing that you can leave your pet at home where they feel the most comfortable and safe.

I have used the service twice with both Julie & Val taking care of my shy cat. On both occasions I have returned home to find my cat happy & relaxed, with the mail collected and everything else just as I left it.

As much as we love to holiday, going away used to be such an anxious time for us. We have 2 dogs and a cat and are quite particular about the care they receive while we are gone. To date we have always taken our dogs away with us which makes for limited choices in trips! Since finding the Lonely Pets Club we have gone wherever we like for as long as we like.
They even check our mail and water the plants if need be.
Best value for money and leaves out pets settled and in their own environment.
Our cat used to cause havock if we were gone for the night. Now we come home to the same gorgeous boy we left.
The text message we receive after each visit is also quite reassuring.
The booking process is so comprehensive and easy and the staff are very relaxed and easy to deal with.

Liz is visiting my cat 3 times per day, 3 days per week. She feeds him, fusses over him, gives him medication and cleans up after him (completely - not a sign of cat litter anywhere in my apartment). My cat is so relaxed when I come home and is much better than when I have had people living in with him. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and I even receive text message updates with photos!

Very happy with this service - my dog needs a fair bit of walking and I can tell when she doesn't get it. I know she's happy and in good hands here. Very professional.

I have no qualms whatsoever leaving my pets in the capable hands of my carer. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I fully recommend the service.

Staff are great and very easy to deal with. What they say will happen actually does and on time!

We use lonely pets when we go away for holidays, the office staff make the bookings easy and are very understanding regarding the details and the fact we are leaving our "kids". We will continue using lonely pets, as the carers have been fantastic, and always let us knw how the first feed go! Thanks Lonely Pets!!!!!

My cat has come home from catteries twice before & been visibly stressed which has in turn added to my stress & not so relaxing holiday. Having her cared for in her own familiar environment has been a much more pleasant experience for both of us. LPC make it easy to book, pay, & organise the details of care personally with the carer. Antoinette is great! she is patient when I txt her a heap of times with sometimes what must seem trivial things, but knowing my 'baby' is safe & happy means alot & helps me not to worry about her as much as I used to. Antoinette even spent time giving my cat a brush after I mentioned that she loved this! Upon my return not only did i find a content, happy cat, I also received a Xmas card from Antoinette, which was wonderful. I've used LPC three times now & will defiantly continue to do so in the future
