Lonely Pets provided reliable no fuss service to me and my pets who thrived under Nat's care during my recent holiday. Booking was easy, Nat came round and met my pets well before I left and did a great job while I was away keeping both my pets and pot plants well cared for! My dog has special needs - requires tablets - but this wasn't a problem either and Nat even sent me a photo of how they were going which was very reassuring to me.

Have been using these guys for over 6 years and love the service and reliablity. The carers always make contact to advise all good with the animals and the service also includes picking up the mail and bringing in/taking out the rubbish bins where requested. Great service

Again my 3 cats were loved and looked after by Kylie. With special attention to Mary who needs her eye washed daily. Very trustworthy and I'm totaly relaxed knowing they are all being so well looked after.

Always had a great experience with Lonley Pets. We have quite an anxious cat but Raymond who cares for him has always been welcomed. We appreciate Raymond's understanding of our cat's peculiarities and his calm manner. Never been an issue and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for the service. Have recommended Lonley Pets Club to all our animal parent friends. It is reassuring to know our cat is being cared for when we are not around.

We have been using Lonely Pets Club to take care of our two cats for over two years now every time we go away - and can highly recommend them. The carer has been really great and our tigers are really relaxed when we come back. So they seem to get lots of cuddles. With cats hating change, it's important to us to leave them in their usual environment as they would hate to go to a cattery. So, this has been a great solution and great value for money. In addition to taking care of the cats, the carer gets the mail, takes out the rubbish bins (and wheels them back) and waters the garden. All of this has been sooo helpful to make the house look 'lived-in' and not to loose any pot-plants over hot summer days. In addition to that: The booking process is easy, they call us to confirm the details, send you a reminder beforehand and follow up afterwards - very professional approach. The carer send us texts or emails so we knew how our kitties were doing. We have been very happy with Lonely Pets Club's services and will continue to use them!

My carer was amazing. She emailed me an update on how my boys were doing the first week and left me a note upon our arrival home to let me know how everything went. We were gone 3.5wks and have 2 cats that they came to visit/check on every other day. She took out our rubbish and checked our mail. Phenomenal experience and will use this company service again. So extremely satisfied. Cheaper than a cattery and my boys got to stay in the comfort of their own home.

Recently I went on holidays & booked Lonely Pets for the 2nd time to look after my 4 legged friends. I used the same lady as she is great. They are very friendly upon booking 7 nothing is a drama. It is peace of mind whilst your away as they also put bins out, collect mail, water plants. All is within a reasonable price. I recommend them & will continue using them.

I have heard great feedback about LPC and thought I'd give them a go. I had Jess for my local area in Deer Park Vic and she was wonderful. I definitely had confidence in leaving my 2 cats at home knowing they have her to take good care of them.

Great service for a great price.

A better alternative to the ever increasing prices the catteries are now chargeing. I have 3 cats and Lonely Pets Club looked after them for a whole month. Visiting them, giving some love and cuddles, feeding, brushing, changing the litter tray, letting them in and out for the day. Bringing in my mail and watering my plants. Wow. Very trust worthy and reliable is what I found my carer to be. Booking process was responded to very fast by telephone. And you pay per visit not per animal.
