This is the third time we have used this service and again it was excellent. Our pets are well cared for and loved. We have had different carers each time the quality of service never differs..it's just great!

We always receive fantastic service from both the office when making the booking through to the carer who looks after our dog. We always arrive home to find him happy and healthy.

I can't speak highly enough about this service. The all round service provided makes the client feel more at ease whilst away. The professional manner used and the police checking of staff is an added bonus.

Very professional and lots of details thought of. I felt safe with a stranger coming into my house. The pets were well looked after. We could relax on our holiday knowing that the pets are taken care of in their own home.

It was absolutely fantastic, was away for a month and the carer looked after my cat, when I came home he was in excellent health, his areas were spotless and he was actually looking for the pet sitter for a couple of days

THE CARER WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL WITH MY 4 CATS. WHEN SHE CAME TO RETURN THE KEY TO PREMISES THEY WERE ALL OVER HER PURRING ETC. KNOWING NO MAIL IN LETTERBOX AND RUBBISH BINS BROUGHT IN IS A FANTASTIC PART OF THE SERVICE. ALSO THE KITTY LITTER BEING CLEANED EVERY DAY LIKE WE DO WAS A GREAT THING OF THE SERVICE AS MY CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED OUT OF HOME AND CAT AREAS.

Have used Lonely Pets Club several times now and have always come home knowing that the cats have been well looked after and that everything else in terms of mail and bins have all been taken care of! Fantastic service and wonderful people - would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Easy to book pet minding service. Good value. A cat , bird and 2 goats is a bit too much to ask the neighbour to look after, so it is reassuring to know that a professional, reliable person will be there for them.
