very professional GP. the attitudes of front desk and doctors are excellent. waiting time is not long, around 5 mins in the morning and 10-15 mins in the afternoon.

This is a very friendly clinic with welcoming reception staff. Dr Pai is caring, listens with respect, provides options and good advice. I like their sms process following diagnostic results and appt reminder but wish the website could be updated (it is very tired and photos of the Dr,s has been promised but never provided) and include online booking appts like so many other clinic websites. It would also be a huge financial help that if having to go in monthly for an ongoing issue, the out of pocket could be reduced or eliminated.
Despite these two gripes, this is a terrific clinic.

Have been going here ever since I had my daughter. I usually see dr Molly or dr Eugene. Both fantastic. Sometimes can be hard to get in but only because they are prob so well liked by many.

Great Clinic and great Doctors, you get a warm welcome from the receptionists and the same from the doctors.
Dr Pai and Dr Wong are two doctors I tend to see and have had good experiences with both. Dr Pai has been my preferred doctor for many years [Redacted due to AHPRA Guidelines], glad to have a great doctor in the manningham area.
I've lived in the manningham area my whole life and there are so many quacks but not at this surgery. Keep up the good work!

My 3 year old daughter vomited in the car park outside the clinic so I called to say I would be a few min late as I cleaned her up and stopped her crying, I was told by the receptionist that the docter had canceled my appointment as I was 5 minutes late and was fully booked so would not see her. I was fully prepared to wait due to us being late but did not expect such blatant disregard for my daughter's illness to not see her at all. Would never book at this clinic or recommend them to anybody.

They have 5 doctors there, I have had great experience with 3 of the 5 doctors that I have had appointments with. Dr Wong is one of my preferred Dr as he has great attention to details and is never pushing you out of his office (some doctors just want to know the symptoms, give you your script and ask you to leave); he is willing to listen and answer to all my questions, he is also very friendly and works great with kids. They used to do bulk-billing but i have heard they changed their policies and now there might be a gap payment to pay.
