The principal dentist David Cao opened this lovely new clinic 18 months ago. He has a very caring manner especially for people like me who have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists. He makes the visit non traumatic and the camera he uses for photos to show when he needs to discuss issues is very helpful. He certainly cares about being gentle and is very reassuring whilst explaining clearly and readily answers any questions. I have visited him for my dental care for almost 5 years and have had several major procedures and he has made sure I remained comfortable whilst he capably carried out what was needed. He is a very skillful dentist and I recommend him.

This is a very friendly clinic with welcoming reception staff. Dr Pai is caring, listens with respect, provides options and good advice. I like their sms process following diagnostic results and appt reminder but wish the website could be updated (it is very tired and photos of the Dr,s has been promised but never provided) and include online booking appts like so many other clinic websites. It would also be a huge financial help that if having to go in monthly for an ongoing issue, the out of pocket could be reduced or eliminated.
Despite these two gripes, this is a terrific clinic.
