Nilesh is an amazing instructor who teaches you all the tricks to passing your test. He is also very calm and patient when driving leaving room for no stress In the car. Would highly recommend him as my relatives have also passed their driving tests along side Nilesh.

Have not used them but have had 3 negative interactions with them.

The instructors seem to have little to no situational awareness or care for those around them.

Twice I have witnessed them block traffic on a narrow one lane road while instructing students how to parallel park. A one lane road that only allows a single car through is NOT the place to try and teach this skill. Especially when it takes upwards of 5 minutes to successfully park the car. Also there are SEVERAL spacious roads just up the hill that will allow for parallel parking without obstructing traffic.

I have also witnessed them block the driveway of my building for 20 minutes while starting a lesson. The driver parked in such a way that just under half of the driveway was obstructed forcing residents to drive on the grass and in some cases conduct a 3 point turn just to enter and exit the garage. To top it off the instructor was FULLY aware of this and even apologised to one of the residents, but did NOTHING to correct the situation. What makes this worse is that there was plenty of room to move the car forward so it would be legally parked and not obstructing the drive.

After witnessing these incidences I have absolutely no faith in the competency of the instructors and will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.

Ltrent did not turn up for an agreed lesson and did not bother calling us. Then I tried to get a refund (as they could not give us another suitable time before my son did his test) - Ltrent agreed to pay it back but then did not and I had to chase and chase.

My teenager went for a one off lesson with this company prior to attending their test and the instructor was belligerent and rude right from the start!. Constructive criticism is acceptable and expected, however disparaging remarks to the student about other people they passed in traffic is not very professional, nor was their surly attitude to the student. The instructor under-minded the confidence of the student, and claimed they were no-where ready to pass the test, he criticised the people who taught the student up to that point in time, leaving the student feeling belittled and useless- the same student passed the test perfectly a few days later!. i understand the instructor may have just been having a bad day, but i am incredibly disappointed in this company and feel appalled that their attitude when left alone with vulnerable students can be so vile. My other child had a different experience which was more positive but this was a few years ago and with a different instructor hence why we chose this company to return to for the last few lessons. I can only suspect the instructor was attempting to obtain unnecessary extra paid lessons. I no longer recommend this company.

I would not recommend this business at all terrible service terrible directions to find the place absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the organisational part bad the driver was rude and had a very short temper.

Just Passed my P’s test first go. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without Nilesh my driving instructor, such a kind and welcoming man who was so very helpful allowing me to pass. Definitely recommend Nilesh as your instructor!

I did lessons with Nilesh who was incredibly helpful in teaching me safe driving skills and helping me fine tune my techniques to get my P's first try. He is very warm and friendly and I really appreciate his patience in the car. I highly recommend having lessons with Nilesh!!

My son Peyton had lessons with Nilesh. He learned so much and Nilesh’s personable manner ensured he always felt comfortable. Peyton got his P’s on his first try and one of his first comments was “Nilesh is the best instructor, he prepared me really well”. Thank you Nilesh

My driving instructor Tony was excellent!! He was so friendly and made everything so easy to understand. I never felt judged and was so comfortable around him. He was easy to talk to and helped me learn so much I definitely needed for everyday driving. (I passed my p’s test first try thanks to him- MANUAL!). I definitely recommend LTrent it was so helpful.
