I went here tonight with three of my friends. To what one, a long time Brisbane resident said was the best seafood in Brisbane. He is wrong. In short - my local fish and chippery does better seafood.
With the notable exception of the chowder which was very good, I was disappointed.
The waiter was not well trained, he dropped a knife by accident down my back and didn't know the wines or the cheeses.

The food was bad.
The bugs were overcooked and had the consistency of baby food.
My friend sent his back and they returned just as bad
One of the oysters I tried had the taint of bad food
My sashimi was ok, but who serves it without wasabi?

In terms of value, given what I told you above, it wasn't worth it. Overall the meal cost us $440 with wine. For $150, I could go to the markets on Saturday, buy seafood and give you a meal that was twice as good.

Approximate cost: $40-50

In my opinion, not exactly deserving of its 'best seafood in Brisbane' title, I found the dishes quite ordinary at best.

A seafood lovers dream! Fresh fish and other seafood. However there are few meals without seafood, so for people who don't like seafood this is not the place to go. The crab dishes are all brilliant, and the oyster bar is the best part of the restaurant.

Approximate cost: $33.00
