This service is so professional and friendly we have used them multiple times to assist a family member who is in a wheelchair ..... we have had several companions and they have all been so lovely and very caring ... we have used them to take her to medical appointments, shopping & family celebrations ... it so comforting to know we have someone to that we can trust with our mum especially as we don’t live nearby .... the Manager Neil also gives us feedback from medical appointments which is so good .... we highly recommend this organisation

I have used this service many times as unfortunately I live remote from my elderly mother who is now in Carrington Care. Macarthur Companion Services go above and beyond in providing a professional and caring companionship and transport service. I cannot sing their praises enough for their outstanding commitment.
Macarthur Companion Services are there in times of need and times when I have been unable to be there. My mother looks forward to her visits and outings.

I became aware of Neil's service through a dentist whom I had to visit and engaged Neils services to take me to and return me home from after Anaesthetics. I also have hired this service to take me to airports and to meet me on my return to take me home. Neil also looked after me when I had eye surgery and surgery to my shoulder. Neil is just the most gentle, kind and caring person that I have met who can recognise disabled persons needs and cater most willingly to any of their needs. He is a compassionate soul and can cater for flexibilities if the need arises. I can say confidently being a insulin dependent diabetic, should I experience an emergency that Neil would be able to handle it and know how to deal with it. I cannot recommend Neil's services as nothing more than extraordinary, always putting his patients needs before his own. Thank you Neil for your dedicated and kind services that you provide me with. I wont use anyone else.

We came through this organisation or person, namely Neil Ansell via our funeral director at Camden. We do not live in that area. We needed transport for a wheelchair bound mother to go to her husbands funeral. We rang a number and got hold of this gentleman who works with this service. I don't know much more about them. I can only say that there was never a better living soul to do what was required on that day. He came all the way from Camden to my mum's nursing home in the inner south of sydney in his specialised taxi vehicle and took family member and my mum to the camden church, then waited for us, then out to the cemetry down the road then back to the nursing home. He showed the kindness of a humble man who knew no end of patience and due diligence in a very difficult situation. He charged us an amount that was more than fair for his labour of love that took half his day. I don't know what to say except service clean taxi van and a whole lot of love thrown in to someone he did not know just made the day a whole lot easier. You cannot pay for this type of service and business.
