My experience has been awful on every level and god forbid you have a voucher. They should stop selling vouchers if they are unwilling to book people in who have one, and are unable to treat these customers with a decent level of service. AT NO POINT DOES THE VOUCHER SAY THAT THEY WILL ONLY SHOVE YOU INTO 9PM MONDAY SLOTS OR OTHER INCONVENIENT (for me at least) TIMES, DESPITE BOOKING WELL AHEAD AND BEING VERY FLEXIBLE. I went in for a non voucher appointment (the only way to get one it seems) and will now look to get a refund on my voucher. They rush through you, its all about time and money. The customer if an after thought - if thought of at all. While they are all smiles at the front desk, when it comes to the nitty gritty, their customer service is lacking. In addition, the phone staff who were helping me advised they needed to hang up and call the management and get back to me. And upon call back just repeated the same sentence of "no sorry, only high paying customers for now" and would not elaborate or pass on the contact details of management. Real shame, it's in a good location to my house.

I visited Malee Thai Massage on a Groupon deal, it was a lovely oil massage, friendly staff and great deal. I also bought a gift voucher at full price for a relative to enjoy a massage.

Got a scoopon deal - on the massage table only to be told I could only get one type of massage - despite not mentioning this anywhere on the deal/voucher. Upgrade was to cost an additional $25pp (again no mention of this at time of deal)and would make the coupon purchase useless.. To make matters worse they have redeemed the voucher at time of booking not of actual massage. The prices of the massages that are on the fliers in the store are different from the ones advertised in the website. In short a complete lack of attention to details and very poor customer care. When pointed out both to the store assistant and to the manager on the phone, there was a complete inflexibility and rude attitude, just to prove the points above. Used to come here often but after this ordeal and their inflexibility cannot say I wish to come back nor recommend to friends as per the past.

i had such a good experience there. I tried their hot oil massage for winter special. It s completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Plus, the receptionist and the staffs are very friendly to me. I like the bael tea at the end too! I will definely go there to get the massage again.

I had the deal voucher for 1hr massage plus 15 min foot scrub for $39 - was left for well over 10 mins with my feet in a washing up bowl before the staff came over and lightly (repeat lightly) massaged my feet - which felt like they were merely stroking them, and it took them 3 minutes to do the scrub not 15 minutes as promised. The massage was quite disappointing, very light and then way too heavy when they kneeled on me (my back was cracking) - and they left the room several times - it was a shame and I left sadly feeling more tense and needing another, more decent massage! It's a nice clean looking place but not great at all...not even worth $39 I'm afraid.

I had a much better experience than the person above thankfully! I had the 1 hr aromatherapy massage which was devine! So relaxing I almost felt asleep. Love the fact that they are open untill 10pm and the staff are really nice. Thai massage is similar to chinese massage which can be very uncomfortable because it is deep tissue style massage. Opt for the Thai aromatherapy massage if it's relaxing massage your after.

BE REALLY CAREFUL.THE MASSAGE HERE WAS HORRIBLE!!! FAR TOO STRONG EVEN WHEN I SAID SOFT.I HATED IT -DON'T GO!
