We had our old instant hot water service replaced with a storage one. This required some extra pipes and a small concrete slab as well as clearing a space for the storage unit. Mallet plumbing was recommended to us by a friend who had Paul do some work in her bathroom replacing a basin etc. Paul's quote came in under 2 others (even one that was a cash job(!) - and he was also the most efficient in replying with the quote by email. He even came back with a second quote when he was able to obtain the HWS for a slightly lower price. He phoned about 30 minutes before he arrived, arrived on time, left everything tidy and took the old unit away as well.
