The veterinary hospital have looked after both of our dogs and are wonderful. Very gentle, patient and observant with the animals. They have always been available in a crisis including a fish hook in Jigger's nose! Their puppy training is great too, for the owners as much as the dogs.

Pleased to hear you had a positive experience. We unfortunately can't say the same after the treatment of our beloved bird. Our bird had suffered a head injury so after waiting with her finally at 8.55am and after they took a dead dog in ahead of our live bird we not only were charged an after hours ammount but the vet held our bird on her finger about 1 1/2 metres off the ground and our bird literally flew but lost balance and hit the wall landing on the floor with a hard knock. We sadly lost our bird not long after this incident.

I had to use this service when my dog got a tick and needed emergency treatment. I was incredibly stressed, so it wasn't helpful to have a bad tempered American woman as the attending vet, who was quite rude.

Otherwise the experience very impersonal, and got the impression that my dog Charlie wasn't receiving the best care, when they were charging for very expensive intensive care. He did however recover very quickly from a potentially deadly paralysis tick, and I do feel that at least the medical care is of a good quality.

Approximate cost: $2000

always polite and friendly and really great with dogs. We have a dog and they always follow up reminders and it is cute how they address all correspondence to the dog.

My cat has been going here since he was a little tiny kitten called Princess. This was the best vet I've ever been to and I have been going there for all of my cats life who is now 8. The thing that has changed however is that I found out my cat was a boy so his name was changed from Princess to Wellington, but my vet still calls him Princess beacause well thats how he acts. I very good local buiness!

These guys are the best vets that we have come across in a very long time. They are open 24 hours which is handy when your cat decides to swallow a ball of sticky tape at 11pm at night! They were extremely reassuring and the follow up service is second to none!

When our beloved dog had to be put down due to back problems they were so understanding that we were a bunch of sobbing fools. They let us sit with him while he had the injection, and hold him and say goodbye. Then they let him take us home to bury. We paid a few weeks later as they said not to worry about the bill straight away. Then we got a condolence card from them. What great people.
