My kids loved the pool and slides. I thought the decor was nice but there are plenty of other hotels that are cheaper. Price was way too high.

This hotel was OK! Nothing flash. The rooms weren't exactly Modern nor where they extremely clean. For what we paid we would of expected a little better! Hopefully they take customer feedback and do something about it

I too had high expectations of this place after staying at the mantra legends just a few months prior. Wow was this a kick in the face. Booked a hotel room on agoda but even though they are a hotel they dont clean your rooms nor do they give you new towels or pool towels. who goes on holidays and packs towels?? the staff were really rude and told us we could buy a towel for some ridiculous price which you could go to a $2 shop around the corner and buy 10 for the same price (and you would get to keep them!).

price of parking was over priced as well. just ended up parking on the street and paying the meter.

will never return here again.

I had high expectations when I booked this hotel for my family holiday as the last time I had stayed there I remembered it being so nice. Unfortunately it feels like not much has been done to upkeep the propertly. The apartments are well outdated and the furniture is just daggy now. The pool area is still nice and there is a great slide but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance while we were there which was really dissapointing. It's a shame as the hotel still has so much potential and still looks great from the outside but much like other Mantra properties the maintenance has let it down. In my opinion it's too overpriced for the condition of the rooms.
