I have been shopping at Maroochydore Fishing World for a while now and would not shop anywhere else for fishing gear. When asked recently by a mate why? I told them it is the freindly atmosphere, the specific advice and the personal service. In a world of big chains, department stores and wharehouses, there are not many businesses like this one left these days. The service might be old fasioned, but their product range certainly isn't.

I went to the Maroochydore Fishing World before Christmas, I was looking for a present for one of my brother's for Christmas, the guy behind the counter was great, he even said that we could bring it back and exchange it as long as I kept the receipt, I ended up putting the receipt in with the present and told him that he could take it back if he already had the same hooks and lures etc, will go back again.

I have been here a few times looking for a present for my dad for fathers day, the guy working there was very helpful

We bought a new rod and reel here and the owner was very helpful, full of advice. The price was very competitive and the variety was nearly endless. Everytime we step back in we are always offered free advie to help us use our equipment better. Bait here is also of good quality.
