I was really impressed with this company. Great service from beginning to end. The guys were on time, cleaned up afterwards and very polite while doing the work. The price was also great. I compared three companies and they were the best on all fronts.

The quoting process was great and professional. And the guys on the day were very friendly.

Unfortunately during installation our ceiling was damaged quite badly. MH&C arranged repairs but after two months and three attempts to plaster and paint the hole we can still see the crack at night... During this time the accounts staff called for the balance which was to be paid when the repairs were done even though it hadn't been fixed, and they never asked how the repairs were going or if we were happy. It seemed like an inconvenience to them even though we were the ones with a damaged ceiling through no fault of our own. We're just going to live with it now as it's all too stressful.

We've left three stars because the air conditioner is satisfactory and was priced well.

Latest service was installing a new evaporative cooling system. Made an easy phone call to Melissa for a quotation. Dave came over and provided 3-great options (including advise to replace a non-compliant circuit breaker). Aaron installed the whole system in a day. Done.

Very happy with this company. Professional and courteous, our evaporative cooling was installed by Dale & Darcy last week. The boys were excellent, went about their work quite dilligently, cleaned up after themselves. The salesman (Dean)? was also very helpful in his explanations and so forth. I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the initial contact with Dave and then his professional and expert advice in solving some complicated issues I had in replacing an old heating unit I could not fault the service I received from Maroondah Heating & Cooling, plus the professionalism of Aaron & Luke in installing the new unit could not be faulted, they were friendly, efficient and cleaned up before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company which I have already done with a friend now having a new heating system installed and he was suitably impressed with the service he received.

Extremely happy with service provided, both in servicing existing equipment and supplying/installing a new unit. Workmen arrived exactly at the time arranged; work was completed efficiently. Staff were very patient in explaining/demonstrating the new unit, and before that, in advising which would be the best unit.

This is the second time that we have used this company to provide and install an Evaporative Cooling system. Both times this company has provided excellent workmanship and at an acceptable price. They may not appear the cheapest, but when you take into account that they provide the best product for the situation and that they are quick and efficient, you will get quality and cost effectiveness . Great team. We have no reservations in recommending them to our friends.

I have used their service in the past and appreciated the professionalism shown so went back when I had another need.
This time i had a solution in mind for some cooling. Dean worked up the quote but also asked if i had thought of a another way to tackle the situation. He spent quite a
lot of time thinking through and planning out the alternative and as it provided a better solution we went with it.
The work has been done very well once again and the end result is much better than it would have been thanks to Dean being prepared to give it some thought and considering what was best for us and not simply taking the easy order - which he could have.

We were Happy with the service provided from start to finish the First time we used MH&C so it was a no brainer that we would use them again. From Quote to Install , From Office Staff to Installers nothing but First Class. So Yes when the time comes WE WILL USE MH&C AGAIN !!!!!
