The customer service was outstanding and staff very pleasant to deal with. The technicians were very punctual and also great blokes, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend them and will now use Maroondah heating and cooling to service our air con and heating.

The whole experience with Maroondah Heating and Cooling has been great! Knowledgable advice, strong communication and fast turnarounds. Our job was for replacement of an ancient gas heating unit, and the team worked for more than half the day in cold and wet weather to wrestle the old unit out to be replaced with a new unit, and were completely professional the entire time. Extremely professional and high quality service all round when I recently had a new Daikin split system installed in my kitchen/dining area by Maroondah Heating and Cooling. Dean who did the quote came right on time, and was very patient and detailed explaining my options and answering all my questions. The price was the most competitive of three quotes I obtained. Roger and the electricians who did the installation did a fantastic job, in what was a difficult installation with challenging access and lots of existing piping to work around. They did an extremely neat and careful finish, and communicated really well in checking in with me as to whether I was happy with the location and appearance of all the new pipes and ductwork. They left the site really tidy and took all the rubbish, so that you'd never know they were there. I received the electricial compliance certificate within a day or two. The staff in the office were all really helpful, prompt and professional. Highly recommended on every level.

Upgraded my old Brivis Gas Ducted Heating unit which included their suggested modification to original ducting for better efficiency and which was not considered by competition for the job.Professionalism strongly evident throughout the organisation. A very satisfactory outcome.

Maroondah Heating & Cooling installed a Braemar Ducted Heating unit for us a few months back and we were so delighted with their service we had no hesitation in calling them again when our Breezaire Ducted Cooling failed after 29 very good years. We had them supply and instal a new larger Breezaire and the service was equally as good as the first time.
The installers were prompt, very respectful of the house and very clean in their working manner. We would not use anyone other than Maroondah Heating and Cooling and recommend them highly.

Bought an Actron air conditioner and Brivis gas ducted heater. Very happy with the performance of the units, and with the service (both the quote and installation). Price was also more competitive than the main other contender.

Great price and great service. Thank you! We brought a Actron 17w ducted system. Its quiet and so far works very well.

Excellent experience with the quote - seemed like he really knew what he was talking about. We much preferred them to the other quote from a much larger company. Install great too - all done very well with little fuss. They must have forgotten their vacuum to clean up, but that didn't worry me - a bit of plaster dust a minor detail.
