Its been very delightful dealing with Maroondah Heating Services, right from when I had Daniel come out and thoroughly go through and check what was required with me and explained the best option. Josh was a very easy going young man who worked solid all day long, everything I asked he explained to me which gave me confidence and assured me of his knowledge of installations of heating systems. There was no mess left behind and I was really happy to see the old unit being taken away and thrown out. The customer service team who I spoke to were all extremely helpful to assist me with my enquiries. I can honestly say it was a very positive experience dealing with Maroondah Heating & Cooling and I will highly recommended there business to anyone.

At the beginning of June I called this business for a service on our heating unit that wasn't working. They have a dedicated service team on board now, but I was told that I would have to wait at least 2 weeks to even make a booking as they were too busy. We bought our heating unit from this business, so I was expecting a little better service. Coincidently, two weeks later I didn't receive any call. After experiencing the cold for too long (yes, I am spoilt), I called and arranged another company to come in and repair my unit, which was done all within a week.

In summary, I recommend this company for their sales of heating and cooling units, but unfortunately I'm not able to provide a great experience in terms of their service team. Sorry!

Our 40 year old central heating unit was dying and I rang a number of places to get it replaced. Maroondah was definitely the best. Turned up on time, very professional, knew exactly what to do for a job that was not straight forward. Tradies were good too. Excellent job with great service.

Our heater died in the middle of winter, and having a 6 month old baby, we wanted a new heater ASAP. They were Fantastic, they understood my concern with not having heating. I rang them at 4pm had a salesman at my house 8am the next day and installed the heater that day. The plumber that did the job, worked in the pouring rain to do the work, and as a result the inside of the heater got wet, so he stood there with a hairdryer under a brollie to dry it out and said "i wont be leaving till it is dry and safe to run". The job took a few hours longer than normal due to the weather.
Some company's i rang said they will be able to come and have a look on Monday, and install Tuesday or Wednesday. But for this company within 24hours !!
