I had been going to Mary’s roughly once a month for about a year and having acupuncture on my neck. A little unprofessional but easy to get into a did the job. One day I had severe anxiety (I have a few serious medical conditions and sometimes my medication can cause anxiety). I mentioned this to Mary and asked if they could add a few extra needles in the areas that help anxiety.
Mary laughed and said “no you anxious cause you too fat. You need to go for a walk for 1 hour everyday and you’ll get better.”
I was so taken aback by the uneducated judgement, but also declining to help with something so simple. Won’t be back.

I had very bad tennis elbow, couldn’t even hold a cup of tea. After one session of acupuncture the constant sharp pain was gone and I could hold a cup in my hand, second session and almost good as new. 4 weeks later I’m wanting to go again as I feel some sharp twinges in my arm again. Mary has gentle hands and everything is warm and cosy. Highly recommend her for acupuncture…

I had the worst experience with having reflexology. I've had this done at many places but this was 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes and 10 minutes was a hot stone rubbed on my feet.
So 10 minutes of my feet rubbed waste of $35

I had a frozen shoulder for over 5 months and didn't know what to do next. I was recommended Mary and after one treatment I could lift my arm again. Very satisfied with my visit.

I have been getting treated for shin splints, unable to be diagnosed by GP and xrays/ultrasounds/bloodtests, after one massage I felt the difference. After 4 sessions I have had my first day where I haven't had to strap or take pain killers. Within two minutes she knew what it was and how to treat it.

Ohh ppl I was so sore once with a twisted muscle in my lower back , I could hardly walk and i need to go to work the next day. I went into the shop and i said i had a bad back if they could help . I had a massage with a cry most of the massage but when i got out of the bed I was so surprise that i could stand up straight and after a good sleep. I was back to my normal self. I couldn't thank them enough. Very good service and they care for you. 5 starts all the way. Now I go for a massage just to spoil my self
