Brilliant service from James at Metrolock. We recently moved house and had all our locks changed. James took the time to listen to what we wanted, and got rid of the multiple keys we inherited by giving us one key for all the locks.
Not only that, he also fixed the lock on the outdoor gate which had rusted, took the time to find the right privacy lock for the powder room and also fixed a few sticky doors.
I highly recommend Metrolock - so professional and helpful.
We recently moved with the help of Master Relocations.
Youseff came out to quote and was helpful with suggestions. The day before the move, we had a packer in to pack up our kitchen / breakables. He was a packing machine and packed for 5 hours straight! As I discovered when I unpacked, everything was well wrapped and packed carefully.
The day of the move was very hot, but the 3 men and 2 trucks who came were friendly, efficient and master packers - the large truck was stacked and packed to the brim. At the new place, they set up all the beds and couches.
We found that Master Relocations just made it a lot easier. Unlike other companies, we didn't have to empty the freezer (as we only had a short distance) or dresser drawers. We paid a little more to have the packing service and materials, but it was well worth it.

I had to find a new optometrist that had experience in fitting hard contact lenses as my previous optometrist stopped offering this service. Vision @ Broadway was fantastic. I saw Lino, who was professional and thorough with measuring and fitting me for lenses. The staff there were very helpful too. I believe there are a few branches of Vision@ - Reservoir branch is certainly worth a visit if you live in the area.
I hate having a dirty car, but am too lazy to wash it myself. Love Grand Wash Auto - it's very fast and my car comes out shiny. I usually get the premium wash, and the extra is worth it (for me) to have the wheels cleaned. They also offer free vacuuming. Also, there's usually a discount code available on your receipt for your next wash.

Decided to go into this store as they were listed as stockists of a particular product I was after.
Was impressed by the competitive prices - my product was about $5 cheaper than RRP.
There was a wide range of products, including fresh fruit and veg and a good cold section of berries, cheeses, milks etc. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the store was messy, but the store owner was very nice and helpful.
If you are looking to buy grass fed beef online then go no further than Farmer Dan at the Farmers Market Online. They deliver or you can pick up to one of the many farmers markets they visit around Melbourne.
The quality of the meat is fantastic - very, very tasty. They also have lamb and pork.
Farmer Dan is passionate about his product - and it shows in the quality.
Victoria Organic Delivery, previously known as The Green Line, is an organic fruit, vegetable and other organic item supplier. The "box of the week" is a great option to get a variety of fruit and veg delivered straight to your door. Top quality and items are very fresh. You can specify if there are items you do not want, or choose your own items to be delivered, but the box offers the best value.
Their service is excellent - very helpful people.
Highly recommend them.
The Synergy studio is a nice tranquil space perfect for relaxation. I had a signature treatment (combination remedial and relaxation massage) with Nikki, who was new to Synergy, but had been personally trained by Melanie, the owner. Overall it was a nice massage but not at a wow standard, I believe because Nikki was new. However, I would go back again as Nikki gets more experienced.
I believe some treatments are temporarily unavailable now as Melanie is on maternity leave.

I was looking for an osteopath in the local area and was recommended to go to Heidelberg Osteopathic Clinic by my myotherapist. Have now been there a few times and overall, a positive experience. Receptionist is warm and efficient and the osteopaths (at least the one I saw) are experienced and good at what they do.

Feelin Fine is run by a lovely team who really care about the cats. My cats have now stayed there three times, and the Feelin Fine team remembers them when I ring in to book. The cattery is large and clean, with a large playpen at the front that the cats have time in. I'm absolutely comfortable leaving my cats here knowing they are well looked after.
