Not happy at all with Matt Boulton’s services. When we booked him for carpet cleaning, we requested that he cleans the rest of the house. He said no problem, he would clean the house, however he could not give us a price because he needed to see how dirty the house is. When he got my house to do the end lease cleaning, he just said he had to many houses to clean and could not clean the house. All he could do was the carpet. We have 24 hrs before we leave the house. Matt is very rude, I rang him because when he came I wasnt home, he dealt with my sister. He refused to apologise for inconviniencing us, and he was damn down right rude to the point that he hung up on me.... carpet was cleaned well but this is so last minute for us to try and get another cleaner. Matt you are very rude, and it is totally uncalled for

Matt has been cleaning my carpets for 10 years and every time I am astonished at what a great job he does in my small flat. He is friendly and professional and great value for money. Highly recommended.

I'd been a bit slack with the dog training and the dog took up residence on the sofa. It was a real mess. I wasn't sure if it could be saved, but I taught her to keep of it and got them cleaned to see how they turned out. Matt managed to clean it up perfectly. Great job and very friendly, but not very reliable when trying to organise an appointment. We had to call 2-3 times to organise it.
