We had our wedding and reception here in 2000. It was fantastic. A beautiful place and great facilities and accommodation for a wedding. Beautiful setting and not too far out of Melbourne. The restaurant is amazing and there's a modern winery next door with some good cool climate wines. Accomodation is first rate. It's all quite expensive, but absolute luxury and worth it for a special occassion. We went back recently. The restruant, Eleonore's has improved and modernised the menu with a new chef. It's a One Chef's Hat Winner in The Age Good Food Guide Awards 2009. We had the best meals we can remember.

This is my favourite place for breakfast. I can't go past the breakfast roti - scrambled eggs wrapped in roti with tomato chutney...and bacon if you like.
Great atmosphere for a sunny Sunday morning. There's a large 'common' table at the front to share with others and read the paper.

Great organic cafe in CBD. They have 3 or 4 delicious vegetable soups as well as a variety of sandwiches and toasties. The cafe sits below street level and is a fantastic place to sit down for half an hour and relax with some delicious, healthy food on cold winter day. Coffee is very good too.

This place is located just off Acland Street. I used to live close to St Kilda, so went there regularly. Balas has a good selection of Thai and Indian curries, tasty entrees (curry puffs etc.) and breads - roti, naan. Excellent for vegetarians with delicious lentil and tofu dishes. The dishes are on display, so it's easy to choose and the service is very quick. Great spot to sit by the window and enjoy the atmosphere. Good value lunch boxes for $8-$9.

I'd heard about Hell's Kitchen a few times and always wanted to go, but never got around to it. I went with a friend for lunch this week and really enjoyed it. We went upstairs where you can get a table and look down on the people passing through the lane at lunchtime. Good for a quick lunch during the week. A small menu, reasonably priced, good service, tasty food and beers on tap. Love rhe atmosphere.

I'd been a bit slack with the dog training and the dog took up residence on the sofa. It was a real mess. I wasn't sure if it could be saved, but I taught her to keep of it and got them cleaned to see how they turned out. Matt managed to clean it up perfectly. Great job and very friendly, but not very reliable when trying to organise an appointment. We had to call 2-3 times to organise it.

I ordered a garden shed from Stratco. It is delivered in sheets with instructions for construction. I thought it would be difficult to install, but it was quite easy. Very good quality. Delivery was on time and they called me to ask for special delivery instructions because I wasn't home to receive the goods. They have sub-contractors who do installation too. I was referred to one of them, but they didn't call me back, so that part of the service was disapointing. But I'm glad I decided to put it together myself and save some money.

This review is for Peter Stevens Motorcycles, Melbourne VIC

I recently bought a new motorcycle from Peter Stevens in Elizabeth Street. I was dissapointed with the customer service from the first meeting, but I was buying a Triumph and there are no other dealers in Australia. The dealer was friendly and had good intentions, but I was kept waiting a long time on the three occasions I visited the shop from first enquiry to delivery. They were disorganised. The bike wasn't set up and ready to go when I picked it up, so it took about three hours to get it out the door. The user manual was missing and I still haven't got it 5 days and 3 telephone calls later. It doesn't really make any difference to the product, but it's annoying and I wouldn't buy a bike there if there were other choices.

My garage door wasn't opening. I had the motor replaced 6 months ago because of a similar problem. I needed some advice on how to prevent the same occouring again. They advised me that the last motor wasn't appropriate for outdoor exposure and installed a new weather proof unit and serviced the door so it rolled with less effort.

I went to the Proactive Caulfield consultation rooms. I had a general weakness and soreness in my shoulder that wasn't responding to rest. I couldn't work out what it was. I saw Sarah Kelly and within about 10 minutes she had diagnosed the problem. After just one treatment it was significantly better and I was very happy...should have seen her 3 months ago!
