I bought a property and needed a solicitor/ conveyancer for the going through the contracts with me and handing the legal matters for me. A good friend of mine has recommended Maxim Legal which is located in the Sydney City CBD to me. The solicitor director, Rosalie, dealt with me directly via emails and the phone. Whenever I have queries or not sure about anything, her responses are very quick and proper advice are provided, so as to assist me in making informed decision. On my property contract, the cooling off period initially was 5 days which isn't enough time, so Rosalie pushed for 10 days of cooling days which helped a lot in getting things done e.g.. borrowing loan from the bank, doing inspections etc. I will be buying another property shortly and will definitely go back to Maxim Legal. Very professional and great customer service!
