We like this restaurant because the food seems to stay hotter than some of the other McDonald's and they are always reasonably quick and the the staff are friendly.

Its very hit and miss with this Mcdonalds. Some days its great and others not so. I was there last week and the boy serving was really rude and didn't even say hello or even 'here is you meal'. he looked at me and said straw is in the bag. I drove off and there was no straw. Disappointing when such a simple job isn't carried out.

Stopped in for a soft serve cone... the serving was a good size, with ice cream in the cone itself. So, that was good.

But, it did take a while to get served in the first place, and they have a stupid new ordering system where you need to wait for your number to show up on the screen to say your order is ready.

One of the busier McDonalds, right on the corner of two major roads. Staff are always friendly and order seems to be a bit slower because of the crowd

Lacksadaisical service in an often-grubby dining area. The guy often in the McCafé area gives a whole new meaning to the words "casual" and "off-hand". Some of the older female staff are charming and diligent. I keep going because it's convenient.

this store is consistently dirty. if you see staff cleaning tables, you would notice that they never rinse the cloth & any mess is swept onto the seats.
I saw cheese slices handled by the gloveless, & a snotty-nosed staff member using the back of their arm as a hanky. euww. the toilets are a disgrace.

the cafe isn't any better. the cakes are stale. the hot drinks are not. the cold drinks are also served warm.

3 or 4 visits in a row have shown poor service, unclean play areas, untidy back of house areas, glass and chicken bones in children's playground. Very slow service, understaffed and lack of responsibility. Play equipment dirty and sticky, unhygienic.
