Terrible service department, have no idea what they are doing, damaged my car and denied responsibility. A waste of time and money and would not recommend them, there are better dealers to go to who are professional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Do NOT trust a word out of their mouths! Only reason they score one star is this is the least possible...

DO NOT get the AHG Protected Warranty.

My experiences with McGraths Liverpool Subaru.

1. Bought a brand new Subaru Outback station wagon 3.6r in April 2017. Took out the additional road side assistance package costing $1,795. After 5 years I required the roadside assistance due to a flat battery. I called for roadside assistance to be told I did not have any as McGraths had cancelled the policy without notification and without refund, which left me stranded. This is fraud, pure and simple.
2. Always had car serviced there. Had issues from day one with the battery going flat having three new batteries put in in the first 2 years. During one replacement the battery was replaced with a mini sized battery instead of the full sized.

do not buy your car from Michael Siemiatkowski.
I previously gave this salesman a good review but today I found out that he lied to us when he sold us our WRX. He told us that we get a full tank of petrol every time we service our car with McGrath liverpool. today after the service centre returned our car empty we found out that he only meant when you buy the car. I explained that this is not a "special condition" and that McGrath liverpool always gives a full tank on delivery. I also explained that in the contract it states, full tank of petrol free loan car when servicing, but they are now going back on the offer and saying that the full tank is only when you first get the car.
I am so dissatisfied. 6th car from McGrath liverpool and I've never felt so disheartened!
but I'll make sure that this is the last car we buy from McGrath liverpool.

We have learnt a valuable lesson today. my advise is, if they offer something and it's not worded to your liking ask the salesperson to reword it.

I won't service my car with McGrath after this drama, and I have spoken to AHM about other options so I won't void my warranty with them.

Purchased a Levorg, a very drawn out process. Sales team were offering the world in deals. Promised a free service, free window tinting and when we picked up the car the window tint wasn't done. Thought we would receive a phone call as promised in a week from the dealership to follow up with how the car is going. No call received to date, it's now been 2 months. There is a lot of noise coming from the front end steering rack which seems extremely weird considering it's a new vehicle.

Only upset about the service.
Just brought a Forester, but the service Horrible.
The sale person was very good and a professional person, a woman actually who had given me a good price but the first day I came to pick up the car the alarm system was not installed because of stock.
First problem as they call me the day to pick up my new car early in the morning and I have to pick up the car at 12PM as the car will be ready with all options alarm included but a call again to tell me that the car unfortunately will be ready at 4.00 PM. so a day off the work and no Alarm system installed. But a present of 2 side doors aluminium plate FREE of charge for the inconvenient so Thank's to the sales person who was upset because of this problem. Good reception as the car was paid completely.
Pictures of the car with a BOW and US my wife and I...Happy to see my new car...and forgetting about the problem of alarm, taking a different appointment with a condition that they will pick up the car at my place and leave me a car for the day. Driving the car to my place, actually a beautiful & smooth driving and waiting for their call to have my alarm system installed.
Week and half later no call but was myself calling them and after a few call back to me from one person to the next as they didn't know about the problem. All blah blah from someone telling me that I can bring my car to them as they have no staff to pickup my car at my place. Though a morning off the work. Bringing the car to them.....they lending me a car, good at least as they told me at first sight..
But today a day later, receiving this morning a call telling me I can pick up the car as the car is ready. So arriving around 10.30AM... car ready but no Alarm sound as you should hear when you lock the door so asking what's happen to the guy... but the guy doesn't know what's happen as he is not technical. A guy looking like a technical is coming to see the problem but he doesn't know also about the alarm.... Although telling that the car they bring to me is not my car but the registration plate is my ????? Although the car had been given back to me dirty inside and outside as it was clean when I bring it to them. So I am asking them to clean it. But nearly 3 hours passed and from phone call to phone call between [redacted due to personal identifier] and technical I will not know exactly the way this alarm will work +certificat of compliance vehicle Security system installation not signed by installer.I will need to see a different Subaru garage to find it. Lost two appointments with my clients this morning. And Upset as the service should be better.

A disaster! This Subaru dealership at Liverpool was very disappointing. Management was rude and had no time for us. Not recommended. Rather, we drove up the road to another Subaru dealership and purchased a new car from them that very same morning. The Liverpool Subaru was a waste of time. Hopefully they learn from their mistakes or they will continue to loose business.

After buying a new car from them I was a bit skeptical at first about the service department after what I experienced in sales. I took the shot, and was surprised. They took great care in every little detail, and only spent what they needed to. Came out to be a good little service centre.
