this is the first place i ever had a deep fried mars bar from, i didnt like them but it was a novelty for us at the time living so close to a place that would cook your order and have it ready for you when you arrived, standard fish and chips and good prices

Beautiful fish, chips and potato cakes at very reasonable prices too. Fast and friendly service.they also have a pizza place in the same buildng so if someone in the famly is being fussy ts easy sorted Recommended.

My family go here for our fish and chips. $5 chips feeds an army. They are very good for their money and tastes delicious. If you want amazing food for an amazing cost, I reccomend you go here!!!

very handy when me and wife lived across the road so ended up getting to know owners of shop and alway greeted you and had a laugh and chat with while waiting for your fish and chips always fresh yummy food witch made it all the more better also had pizza shop in same building so had plenty too choose from lunch or dinner great service great shop great food

Pretty handy when I lived across the road, but nothing to brag about. Pretty much a fish and chip shop with a pizza shop next door that seems to take half their business away. Haven't had bad food from here but certainly not the greatest either.
Good selection on menu they have a bit of everything, and they cook your order quickly

i go in here always when heading out of town for last stop for petol and some fresh food the coffee keeps me going till the nexted stop kids love the wide range of lolies and toilets always clean

Great service and the prices are great. Variety of different meal packs, usually go for the family pack. Great tasting too. I highly recommend you go there.

This place has the BEST hot chips in Bendigo! Seriously, we'd go nowhere else! Great family packs for $30, and all so fresh and hot. Definitely a family bargain place for dinner!

McIvor Road Takeaway changed owners last year and since then the food quality has improved. They offer the usual fish and chip options, as well as a huge variety of burgers. The owners are very friendly although can be a little difficult to understand.
