Worst experience. Long wait. Only to be told that they do not have this test available after 1.5 hours wait.
Long wait, rude reception.... I was not impressed with this practice which I find a growing trend in Sydney medical centres. The last thing you want when you are sick is to have to deal with a rude receptionist!!!
I agree- I hate when that happens! But I now try to avoid that by arriving as early as possible (8/9am!)
I had an asthma atack while I was visiting relative, did not have my ventolin, found the nearest practice and went there.
There were others waiting when I got there, but I described my situation, and they kindly let me see the doc, so I could pick up my prescription for ventolin. Used it to got me treated, went to RNH afterwards.
I was really impressed with their responsiveness. Thanks again.
