The guys did an excellent job with my end of lease clean. They arrived on time and worked very hard, the place was immaculate on completion. needless to say I got my bond back. Highly recommended.

Disgraceful business ethic and questionably legal practices. Sole trader who gets cheap labor to clean your property. Quoted over the phone and then forced my girlfriend to pay extra hours because they sent 2 workers. Damaged property and then disputed this with our real estate, who said they were rude and unprofessional. MBC Offer a guarantee to beat competition but do not provide this.

A very unprofessional outfit. I was quoted a specific rate & estimated time to complete an end of lease bond clean which was to be assessed on arrival by the cleaners. They arrived at the property, did not step one foot inside & demanded up front payment in cash for the time quoted via email to complete the clean.

They then completed the clean in half the estimated time, however maintained that they would not refund the balance. When the head office was called to query this, they were equally as rude & unprofessional. Would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Very surprising that they have been trading for 15 years based on their lack of professionalism & the way they conduct themselves.

used this company for end of lease cleaning and did not dissappoint. I got my full bond back. The cleaner listened to all my instructions and did everything efficiently.

Melbourne Bond Cleaning did a great job on a recent end of lease cleaning. I had a bad experience with another company and was recommended these guys by a friend of mine, They arrived on time and completed the job within the quoted time. The house now looks brand new. Highly recommended.
