ZERO stars! Arrived hours late, booked as first booking at 8, they arrived at 11.30.
Movers were extremely slow , they had no idea what they were doing and lined the furniture along the path to the van, double handled everything. Charged over $900 to move one person in a 2 br unit, less than 2 kms within the same suburb. Quoted $300-$500, charged nearly $1000. Appalling .

Worst experience with moving. Would not recommend ever! This is an hourly service and they definitely make you pay for it.

The movers were extremely late to the job. Pushed all my other bookings for the day.

The move was excruciatingly slow. One of the movers dawdled and were very unexperienced and slow. 3 1/2 hours to move one small bedroom. Minor delays with other unexpected occurrences during the first part of the move, however its not enough for a 1hr MIA on the removalist. Did I just pay for their lunch break?

The boxes were covered in dirt and cobwebs when taken to my new property. Final straw, I now have clothing moths throughout my belongings and have to bug bomb my new place as a result. Yet another added expense to this move.

I have contacted the company to notify them. Not helpful and did not believe me about they unhygienic state of the move.

Original quote was $185, paid $335.

An extremely unsatisfied client.

Approximate cost: $335

Don't use this company! 1 hr 50 minutes late, were really slow and lied to drag the job out. The two guys doing the job were not professional movers. Numerous pieces of furniture damaged, my friend and I ended up unloading a lot of the truck because the two guys were slow and incompetent.
The ad says only the hourly charge but $50 call out fee. Tried to charge the extra half hour increment despite it taking 30 minutes to drive a 10 minute drive (that's 10 minutes in bad traffic)
The office wouldn't answer calls after I refused to pay the extra $50.

Door to door charge, free quote, cash upon completion of job. On the moving day, they came 30 minutes late. When they arrived, was told that the furniture that we have could not be accommodated into the truck and we require a bigger truck. So another an hour and a half wait. 2 of the removalists were somewhat inexperienced except for the driver who was the one instructing them how to move the furniture.Because of this, there were noticeable scratches on the doors and wall, and it took them a lot longer to move the furniture.

Approximate cost: $130

arrived an hour late with no apology or phonecal to tell me theyd be late.
Knocked and damaged the items being moved.
Took 3 hours to arrive to the drop off destination, I made the same trip in 90 mins.
Couldnt speak very good english,a rgued with me and assaulted me when they changed the agreed price.
Spoke to their boss and he was no better.

Of all the movers ive ever used these are by far the worst Ive ever had to use.
