I had booked with them to come at 10am on Saturday. At 7:15 they tried to change the time to 8am.

After informing you once again that this was not possible due to keys they said you would be at ours at 10, as per our original agreement.

Moving past 10am they were still not at our house. After several unanswered calls they finally get back to me to inform me you would be at mine at 11am.

Again after not answering your phone to my calls or texts, they notify me at 11:13 that your truck has ‘broken down’ via text. they did not even have the decency to call me.

They did not even bother to write back to my final text message, email or calls.

The guys were 1.5 hours late and charge my card 3 times! I am currently trying to get my deposit back, but I am told that my contact doesn't work for the company anymore! This has been going on since Feb!
Actual removalists were very fast and great, shame the company can't get ontop of their admin.

THE WORST REMOVELISTS! These guys are dodgy, do not know what they are doing, will damage all your furniture and walls/doors - say they will compensate the damaged amount, then avoid your calls

I had to move out of my house last minute I called MQR and they arranged a time to help me move last minute. These guys where so helpful I didn’t have to do a thing. All my belongings where safely placed at my knew Home and they also put all my things where they needed to go. I really recommend these guys if I ever move again. They where so friendly and helpful thankyou !!

Arrived an hour late, damaged some containers and said "these things happen"!; when I insisted, deducted the approx value of containers from them bill. They also left some of their own rubbish (an old queen mattress, a rug and heater on nature stripe saying that there is no space left in truck; they will come and collect it after finishing the job and yet to come and collect after several voice/text messages I left for them (of course because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!).

GREAT EXPERIENCE. From the time when booking was made. Very professional and explained everything and reasonable rates. Harry the mover was friendly and professional and Co operated with all my needs. I highly recommend this company if you planning to move. Good luck

These guys:
- Arrived nearly two hours late (despite a courtesy call warning they’d be just half an hour late). Sunny, our initial contact was uncontactable.
- Arrived with only one trolley so there was a lot of standing around for the other guy
- Promised a truck big enough so that we’d only need one trip (I provided a full list of items and expressed importance of one trip) however arrived with a tiny truck that needed two trips
- Damaged a $1600 cabinet and said ‘it happens’
- If we hadn’t have helped so much we’d still be moving right now!
- Nice, friendly people but did not seem like professional movers.

I Organised Melbourne Quality Removals for a sunday full house move and a pick up of furniture at third location .
Everything went smoothly with minor delay and they were able to resolve a problem at third destination without issue.
Workers were friendly. And easy to work with our personal requests
