The whole Team at Melbourne Quality removals were great from start to finish! They were on time and very helpful. Both guys were very nice and careful with all our belongings and also completely aware of there surroundings to not damage lifts or anything in either apartment! Was a very easy move with no stress at all. Minimum cost and well worth it as my partner was not available to help with the move. Would definetly recommend these guys!!! :)

Worst removalists I have ever used! They were late to start with arriving at 1pm. The guys were very slow and had no idea how to pack things. As a result only a 3rd of our house was moved at the cost of $650!!!! There was lots of damage to the things they did move and now they are not answering my calls as I am trying to get compensation. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

they were prompt and on time to pick up point .loaded all of my furniture with care and unloaded with care .very very helpful .

Melbourne Quality removals is the worst possible service provider in Melbourne. We booked them 2 weeks in advance. & than on the day of the move, when we called them several times they SMSd that they are 30 mins late. They stopped taking our call after that & when we called from my wifes no, they informed there truck broke down midway & they can make it only at 1 PM. Again an hour later after several calls, they SMSd cancelling our move booking leaving us in the lurch as our apartment list was only booked for 9 to 1. Anybody would be a fool to go with them...

Our decision to employ this company was a disastrous one. They were appallingly bad. They taped up valuable pieces of furniture, which marked the furniture. They did not pack items into boxes when they should have been packed properly - for example, our records were put into a duffle bag instead of into boxes (and at least one record is broken). Items in drawers were not packed but rather the whole drawer transported inside another piece of furniture. Many items were transported in our sleeping bags rather than being properly packed. Items we asked them to leave were taken, while many, many items were left behind. In fact, they left half of the attic contents, as well as many other items, which necessitated us having to go back and do an extra two days of moving items ourselves. They didn't even start the job until after lunch on the first day, which meant that they ran out of time. Incredibly, they barely used any packing boxes or materials - using our items and bags to transport items! All in all, it was a very unprofessional job. We had had a quote from a very professional removal company that we didn’t take as it was more expensive than their quote (and I wanted to give a new, young company a go) but given we ended up paying them far more than we expected to, it is clear that we made the wrong choice in our removal company. I would have preferred to pay an extra $500 to have the job done properly.

NEVER USE! After confirming our booking for 10am they pushed back the time via text.
After it reaching 1pm and several unanswered text and calls, they finally answered saying they would no longer be able to come and can possibly come the next day. After trying to call once more the contact number was turned off and I have not heard from them since. Would never recommend
