Abi and team we’re good but I was not satisfied that the boys were not equiped with extra cables in their van. It was very hard to put the HDMI behind the TV once the TV is mounted the wall. I found the job was NOT completed.
82 inch TV wall mounted with no issues. Very reasonable cost and excellent customer service from Jason and his team!

Brilliant, friendly, cost effective service. Wonderful. Called after 9 pm and TV was installed by an expert technician in the wall by lunch time the next day. Beautiful job. Will be in touch in the near future for our next TV installation.

Great phone service, technician prompt and knew his stuff, replaced old damaged aerial, now i have fantastic reception along with clear sbs. Excellent service from a great team, thank you Jason & Al.
We needed an antenna for our new house. Called out a few places and most were sounding like " yea what do you want " or a robotic "I'm over this job" sounding over the phone. Then called Melbourne TV antennas and immediately Jason sounded professional and legit. But you can't judge a voice over the phone right?. Nonetheless they came over and did the installation and I was happy enough with the job.
However because of the gutter mounting the antenna made a lot of creaking sound each time it catches the wind. Emailed Jason regarding the matter. I got a respond within a minute ! that alone had me almost tripping over ! Anyway he arranged for the boys to come over again and rectified the installation no problem at all.
Overall highly recommend Jason and his team. The care and attention from services these days are lacklustre. Melbourne TV Antennas is different.

Hi Can you use your name so I can know who this is please, it looks like a fake post at this stage. But to answer this, obviously our techs carry all cables but during a busy day there can be a time the techs run out of cables due to using them all before an installation and the stock suppliers being closed.
If this is a real person then I do apologize profusely for this and can assure you its not normal.
