Doug installed a new exhaust fan in the bathroom. His communication was very good and he arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. He did a good job and was very clean and tidy, put down a drop sheet and cleared away all mess. Doug also gave us clear and honest advice as to what options were available given the issues presented by the existing wiring. Highly recommended.

Doug was great! He came and looked at what we needed to do about our old oven and as soon as we had it delivered, he promptly came to install it. He also gave us a few tips about our future plans to renovate and install a second oven - even a few ideas that we hadn't thought of! Thanks Doug!

We've recently completed a major renovation to our house and Doug has done a great job with all the electrics. Pretty much a complete rewire and heaps of data points all through the house. Doug's experience and advice (and patience) really helped us with the planning and timing of works as well as the layout for the lighting, power and data. Very thorough, tidy and safe and all the fittings look great. The only thing he left for me to do is install the doorbell and as soon as I bugger that job up Doug will be the first person I call.

Doug and Steve installed light fixtures and power points in our home. Doug also solved an issue regarging our safety switch. He also provided very good advice. The work was completed very quickly, thoroughly, and at a very reasonable price. The work was done on a Sunday, which was very convenient for us. Both Doug and Steve were very professional, polite and friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Many thanks guys!

We needed quite a few things done, a big job. It was great to have Doug and the team, as they were able to sort it all out in two visits. Prompt, on time, good work, I would highly recommend them.

I think from memory this is Doug's 5th visit here. I needed several extra double power points installed in a particular area after an NBN installation. It's like greeting a family member now! Doug lets me know every step of the way any small issues that arise, is fastidious, efficient and totally trustworthy. Always happy to recommend to friends and neighbours. I would never bother getting a quote from another trades person, Why would I? As a single woman I am never treated in a patronizing manner as tradespeople often do. Brunswick's best kept secret!
