I had to find a new vet. This practice has reasonable prices and really helpful and friendly service. My cats were very relaxed with Dr. Andrew. Making an appointment was easy. Parking was convenient.

Our dog almost died through misdiagnosis and poor treatment, requiring over $10,000 in specialist independent surgery and after-care to save him. We have been customers for about 30 years but will never go back.

The team fit us in on a Sunday at the last minute. Andrew was caring with our new puppy, and thorough in his examination. The reception staff were friendly and helpful too.

We've been taking our 14 year old dog here for vaccinations and other care for a couple of years. The staff are very friendly and helpful and look after Georgie very well. The facilities are excellent, very clean and new with easy parking at the back.

All the vets here, and the nurses, are fantastic and show great care towards my dogs. They're very thorough, and helpful, and will even provide assistance over the phone. They never pressure me into vaccinations, treatments or products that I don't need - instead they provide me a balanced and informative view so that I can make informed decisions. They're happy to answer all my questions, and I get a reminder postcard everytime our annual checkup is due.

Finally we've found a great vet! We've tried a few in the past 7 years. They always do their best to try and fit you in no matter what. Never try and up sell anything to you, which I have experienced with other vets. Also happy to take time while I ask numerous questions about my dog. A+

Friendly, kind and easy to get on with - great new experience from our local vet with our two was a bit surprised at the cost, but overall pleased we tried someone new

This is one of the best vets I have ever been to, they really care about your pets, and make an effort to enquire about their general health and well-being, not just the problem at hand. They have de-sexed two of my animals and both animals recovered extremely quickly and the wound was extremely neat and clean (this is in comparision to another local vet who did not treat one of our other animals so well). The reception staff are also lovely, they really make an effort with many of the elderly people who bring their pets in and also remember your pets from visit to visit.

I have been going here for years and they are brilliant! We have two cats, once who has a re-occurring condition, which can be life threatening and they have been able to fit us in at short notice when ever we have needed it. They are so thorough and you can really tell the vets love animals.
Would recommend them to anyone
