The chiropractor was professional enough but found that the clinic was very direct if you were unable to make an appointment. Whilst the clinic maintained a professional image, it seemed that you are given no consideration if you have any extenuating circumstances that don't allow you to make an appointment. It's also nice to feel welcome with a friendly and courteous approach when you are visiting a clinic like this, but this was not the case when I was unable to make a couple of appointments. I was looking for a new chiropractor ~ one that I could trust and feel comfortable with after being with my previous chiropractor for over 16 years... Unfortunately, I wont be going back to this one.
